Rob Vose

My career spans UX, product management, and design leadership. On the consumer side, I've helped shape Lowe's digital ecosystem across web and mobile app, including eCommerce, loyalty, and PRO—creating easier ways for customers to shop, manage their homes, and engage with the brand.

On the associate side, I've led the modernization of critical tools used across stores, supply chain facilities, and contact centers. This work has replaced complex legacy systems with intuitive applications that help associates manage orders, fulfillment, returns, delivery, and other essential workflows more efficiently.

Across both, I've built and scaled teams, launched products, and led programs supporting billions of dollars in commerce—delivering measurable gains in revenue, productivity, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

My approach is simple: get close to the problem, understand the people behind it, bring the right teams together, and turn complexity into clarity.

Outside of work, I'm a husband and dad of three, which keeps life busy in the best possible way.

I enjoy building things and figuring out how things work—whether that's tackling a project around the house, experimenting with new technology, or getting outside for a mountain bike ride. I'm naturally curious and usually have a project, trip, or new idea somewhere in the works.

I value being thoughtful, dependable, and easy to work with. I believe the best teams challenge one another, enjoy working together, and don't take themselves too seriously.

For me, great leadership is about creating clarity, giving talented people room to do their best work, and leaving the product, team, and organization better than you found them.
